Career Development Plan To assist our employees with their career development,We provide access to corporate in house training programs which we conduct from time to time on a as need basis. If it is deemed necessary, we will reimburse up to $1000.00 for eligible expenses after 1 year of continuous employment.
Books: Bay Area Technologies will pay a maximum of $80.00 per calendar year for books or periodicals related to your career. This must be submitted on an expense report with receipt. This benefit cannot be carried over from one year to the next. Referral Bonus At Bay Area Technologies we believe - Talent begets talent.
